01 Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the abc222 Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, as amended from time to time. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. Use of the Platform is also governed by the abc222 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the agreement between you and abc222.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that person or entity accepts these Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register an account and use the abc222 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, which is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style online gambling in the Philippines as established under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of abc222, or an immediate family member of any such person, for the purposes of participating in real-money gaming.
• You must not have previously had an account terminated, banned, or suspended by abc222 for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on the abc222 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a Player Account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and mobile number.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any details that change.
• Create and maintain a single account only. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

abc222 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant and to close any account at its sole discretion, subject to the withdrawal of legitimate account balances in accordance with these Terms. abc222 may require identity verification documents at any stage, including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership, as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.

04 Deposits & Payments

abc222 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following payment channels:

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. abc222 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties. Depositing funds constitutes a representation that the funds are legally yours and not derived from any unlawful activity. abc222 reserves the right to request proof of payment ownership at any time and to withhold processing of withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

Deposited funds are held in a segregated player funds account separate from abc222's operational funds. abc222 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

05 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of account balances subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by abc222's finance team.
• Any active bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable until the applicable conditions are met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 regardless of payment method.
• abc222 processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 1–2 hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.

abc222 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 cumulatively within any 30-day period. This may require submission of additional identity documentation and source-of-funds evidence in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

abc222 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or associated winnings become withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, table games, and sportsbook bets may have different contribution percentages. These are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: abc222 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering, use of prohibited betting strategies, or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the abc222 Platform are subject to individual game rules provided within each game's interface. In addition, the following general gameplay conditions apply:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be reversed or cancelled, except where expressly permitted by specific game rules or in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, abc222 will endeavor to reconstruct the game state and resolve the round fairly based on available game server data.
• Malfunctions in game software that result in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes will render affected bets void and any associated winnings forfeited. Stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game's interface. These limits may be changed without prior notice.
• All game outcomes for RNG-based games are generated by certified and independently audited random number generator software. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time at the physical game table as viewed via live video stream.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the abc222 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain any advantage not available to other players through normal gameplay.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer table games and poker formats.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity designed to obscure the origin of funds deposited into or withdrawn from the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in game mechanics for financial gain. Any such bugs discovered must be reported to abc222 support immediately.
• Opening more than one account under the same identity or household for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any subsequent point in your use of the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.

09 Responsible Gaming

abc222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible through your account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps to control your spending.

10 Intellectual Property

This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of abc222 or the relevant rights holder.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abc222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if abc222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

abc222's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your abc222 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit abc222's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data

abc222 processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

abc222 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance (including AMLA and PAGCOR reporting obligations), and improvement of the Platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

13 Suspension & Termination

abc222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• abc222 suspects fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or other unlawful activity associated with the account.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• A request is received from a law enforcement authority or regulatory body with jurisdiction over abc222's operations.
• The Player's account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, abc222 will use reasonable efforts to complete the investigation and communicate an outcome within thirty (30) business days. Where an account is legitimately terminated without cause by either party, any legitimate and verified account balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

abc222 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines. Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's rules and directives have authority over the Platform's operations and that compliance with PAGCOR requirements may affect the Platform's features, available games, and payment processing in ways outside of abc222's direct control.

15 Amendments

abc222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with the Suspension & Termination provisions above.
